Patrizia lamborghini is a world-renowned fashion designer and founder of her namesake fashion house. She was born in Milan, Italy on October 4, 1942.

She studied at the Istituto Marangoni in Milan and graduated with a degree in fashion design from the Parsons School of Design in New York City.

Her first job was as a designer for Anne Klein’s company following her graduation from Parsons. In 1974, she opened her own design studio called “Patrizia” which she closed two years later to work for Calvin Klein as an associate designer.

In 1977, Patrizia left Calvin Klein to start her own company again and became one of the first designers to show on the then new runways of Bryant Park during Fashion Week.

The future of Patrizia Lamborghini Designs is in the hands of Patrizia’s daughter, Valentina.
